大学生核心创业能力需求优先实证研究

An Empirical Study on College Students' Core Business Ability Demand Priority

核心创业能力是创业者个人素质相关的能力,其具有独特性、不被其他人所替代的能力,是一个创业者创业成功与否的关键因素。本文通过文献法梳理了核心创业能力的9个维度体系,并运用问卷调查法,对天津市多所高校的创业学生进行了抽样调查。在对创业学生的实证研究的基础上,深入分析创业者对核心创业能力的需求优先情况,既有整体情况的评价,也包括对核心创业能力的整体评价、不同性别、不同专业因素的大学生对核心创业能力需求优先情况等,并有针对性地提出了构建政府、高校和大学生"三维一体"的核心创业能力培养模式的对策建议,以期为今后针对性地开展创业发展规划教育提供有益参考。

The core of entrepreneurship is the entrepreneur's personal quality related ability, the ability is unique, not by others in-stead, is a key factor in the success of entrepreneurs. This article through the literature combed the 9 dimensions of the core system of entrepreneurial ability, and using the method of questionnaire survey of several universities in Tianjin, entrepreneurship students conducted a sample survey. On the basis of the empirical study on entrepreneurial students, in-depth analysis of entrepreneurs on the core business ability demand priority, both overall evaluation, including of core business ability overall evaluation, different gender, different professional factors on College Students' core business can force demand priority, and to put forward constructing the core entrepreneurial ability of government, universities and college students"three in one"training mode of policy proposals, in order to provide a useful reference for entrepreneurship development planning education in the future.
