On the Role of College Counselors in College Students' Career Planning

我国大学生职业生涯规划存在不少问题。辅导员作为和大学生密切联系的一个群体,在大学生职业规划中主要有三个作用:导向作用,督促作用,目标达成的作用。辅导员要帮助学生做好职业生涯规划,发挥其应有的作用。

There are lots of problems for college students' career planning in our country. Counselors as a group, the close con-nection and college students in the college students' career planning has three main functions:guiding role, urging role, the role of a goal. Counselors should help students do a good job in career planning, play its proper role.
