Implementation of adaptive education for college freshmen is an important guarantee for best ideological and poli-tical education. It's important that freshmen adapt to college study, life as soon as possible in university and even in the devel-opment of the whole stage of life .This paper analyzes the problems of adaptive education for freshmen in college, and ex-pounds the concept of adaptive education and the strategy of education .
