摘要
在学校规模不断扩大,高等教育注重内涵建设的背景下,部分高校选择推进和深化院校两级管理体制改革。学校管理重心下移,校院权责重新划分,教学秘书的日常教学管理工作愈显重要。教学秘书职能发挥主要受团队稳定性和专业性两方面因素影响,在两级管理体制背景下,要促进其职能发挥需要在重视教学管理工作,出台激励机制,规范管理体系,加强培训交流等方面提高改进,以实现良好的教学管理效果。
