摘要
高等院校如何有效培养营销专业学生的实践能力是推进素质教育和大众创业亟需解决的重要命题。论文从学生自身、教师师资和学校组织等方面分析了当前高等院校营销专业学生实践能力培养方面存在的问题,提出了革新课堂案例教学设计,推进角色扮演、引导学生服务小企业、搭建电商服务平台、创建创业孵化平台、搭建企业对话平台等提升高等院校营销专业大学生实践能力的策略。
It is an important issue for universities to improve practical the ability of students majoring in marketing for quality education and mass entrepreneurship. This paper analyzes the current problems which lie in practice abilities of students ma-joring in marketing from such factors as students, teachers and organization, and then puts forward some strategies as reforming case teaching design, role-playing, guiding student service to small businesses, building E-commerce service platform, creating business incubator platform and building enterprise platform for dialogue.
