高职教育是以市场为导向的职业技术教育,培养社会需要的高素质、高技能、应用型人才。高职生思想政治素质的高低事关高职人才培养质量的高低,影响着我国人才队伍的整体素质的提高。高职院校后进生的思想政治素质培养现状,则是检验高职思想政治教育的成功与否的试金石。因此高职院校必须高度重视和加强对其后进生思想政治素质提升问题研究,以增强教育的有效性和针对性。

The vocational and technical education of higher education is based on the market as the guidance, cultivate the social needing of high quality, high skills, applied talents. Students ideological and political quality cultivate higher vocational talents, affects the improvement of the overall quality of the contingent of talent in our country. Underachiever present situation of the ideological and political quality education in higher vocational colleges, is the touchstone testing the success of ideological. Therefore higher vocational colleges must attach great importance to strength the research on the underachiever problem of ideological and political quality promotion, in order to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of the education.
