摘要
利用信息化促进教育公平已成为我国当前基础教育改革的重要途径,但关于教育信息化是否可能导致新的不公也出现了越来越多的争论。因此,本文就信息化能否促进基础教育公平问题进行了深刻分析,认为教育信息化有利于促进入学机会、过程参与的公平,不过在基础教育信息化实施过程中也存在着许多问题,阻碍着基础教育公平的实现,需要采取各种政策配套措施加以应对。
Promoting equality in education through informatization has been a vital route to carry out basic education reform in China, but there has also been more and more debate on whether informatization could lead to new inequality. this paper conducts a profound analysis of the issue mentioned above, the results show that education informatization can promote equal opportunity to access to schools and involve into educational process, However, there appear many new problems in the pro-cess of actualizing basic education informatization which hinder the realization of fairness in basic education. Some sugges-tions about how to deal with the new problems have been put forward finally.
