高校辅导员队伍的质量关系到大学生的培养质量,关系到学校的长远发展。高校辅导员队伍的专业化发展是新形势下大学生思想政治教育的必然要求和重要保障,厘清辅导员队伍专业化发展的基本内涵是辅导员专业化发展的基本前提,分析专业化发展的途径是加强辅导员队伍专业化建设的必然要求。本文从专业化的内涵入手,分析了辅导员专业化发展的内涵要素以及发展路径,期望对于辅导员专业化发展做出一些新的思考。
