摘要
青年教师作为地方本科院校未来发展的主力军、潜力股,是从事地方本科院校未来教学工作的中流砥柱。科学合理的青年教师教学绩效考核不仅有利于提高教师教育教学工作积极性、主动性,更加有利于保证高校自身发展战略目标的实现。当前,各地方本科院校虽制定了符合自身发展的绩效考核体系,但针对于青年教师教学绩效考核的制定有所欠缺。本文通过了解和分析当前地方本科院校青年教师教学绩效考核存在的问题,提出改进对策,从而进一步完善地方本科院校青年教师教学绩效考核体系。
The main force of young teachers in local colleges and universities in the future development, potential shares, is engaged in the mainstay of local universities and colleges of undergraduate course teaching in the future work. Scientific and reasonable teaching performance evaluation of young teachers is not only conducive to improving the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers' education and teaching, and more conducive to the realization of the strategic objectives of the development of col-leges and universities. At present, the local colleges and universities have established the performance evaluation system which is in line with their own development, but the development of the teaching performance evaluation of young teachers is lacking. This article through understanding and analysis of the current local undergraduate college teachers teaching performance evalu-ation problems, put forward improvement measures, so as to further improve the local colleges and universities young teachers teaching performance evaluation system.
