摘要
食品生物化学是高职院校食品生物技术专业的一门专业必修课,本文从食品生物化学课程的教学特点和食品类专业人才培养的目标出发,对食品生物化学课程的教学内容、教学方法、教学手段以及校内实训基地建设等方面进行探讨。
Food Biochemistry is a compulsory course of the Food Biotechnology specialty in vocational college. In this pa-per, starting from the characteristics of food biochemistry teaching courses and the goal of food professional personnel tra-ining to discuss contents of courses, teaching methods, teaching means of food biochemistry and the school training base construction, etc.
