摘要
近年来,企业高管们也窥探到了心理资本对组织工作绩效和企业核心竞争力的重要性,这种重要性主要体现在组织工作绩效的提升,组织氛围融洽等方面。心理资本在组织资本中的影响作用不断增大,因此这一概念从被提出到如今广泛应用不到短短20年的时间,其内涵、作用原理都需要我们关注和探索。因此,本文主要分析心理资本对员工的重要性,并从心理资本的机制出发探讨其发展趋势与展望。
In recent years, corporate executives have also been a glimpse of the importance of psychological capital on organ-izational performance and core competitiveness of enterprises, which is mainly reflected in the promotion of organizational performance, organizational harmony and other aspects of the organization. The influence of psychological capital on organ-izational capital is increasing, so this concept has not been widely used in a short period of 20 years. Its connotation and func-tion need our attention and exploration. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes the importance of psychological capital to em-ployees, and from the mechanism of psychological capital to explore its development trends and prospects.
