Participate in the whole Process of Experiential Activities to Boost Class Construction of Graduate Students

班级作为研究生群体的基本组织形式,是研究生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的主要组织载体,对研究生的健康成长有着深刻的影响。但研究生群体自身的特点决定传统的班级建设指导模式已经不适应研究生班级建设工作的开展。本文通过调研分析研究生班级建设中存在的问题和影响因素,提出以参与体验式活动全过程助推研究生班级建设的模式,即在建立阶段加以引导,在发展阶段提供平台,在成熟阶段善于利用。

As the basic organizational form of the graduate students, the class is the main organization carrier of the graduate students' self education, self management and self service, which has a profound influence on the healthy growth of the grad-uate students. However, the characteristics of the graduate students themselves determine the traditional class construction guidance mode has not adapted to the research and development of class construction work. This paper through the research of graduate problems existing in the construction of class and influencing factors, put forward to participate in the experience activity boost on the whole process of class construction mode, namely in the establishment phase to be guided in the devel-opment stage to provide a platform, and make good use in the mature stage.
