文章针对素质教育过分偏重"以人为本"的倾向,提出素质教育应融合人本位与社会本位目的的精髓。素质教育应超越单一人才培养模式,要以高质量的基础教育为重点,调整教育结构,大力发展职业教育,并从微观上改进教育教学活动,以实现对不同人才的不同素质的培养与提高。

In view of the tendency of"people oriented"in the quality-oriented education, it is put forward that quality educa-tion should be integrated with the essence of human standard and social standard. Quality education should be beyond single talent training mode, to high quality basic education as the focus, adjust the structure of education, vigorously develop voca-tional education, and the improvement of educational and teaching activities from the microscopic, to achieve the talents of different quality of different cultivation and improvement.
