高职院校提高学生职业素养的途径

Ways of Improving Students' Professional Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

在加快发展现代职业教育的今天,随着用人单位对高职毕业生职业素养要求越来越高,纯学历型人才已经不能很好的满足社会的需求了,如何把提高职业技能和培养职业精神高度融合,在中国经济发展新常态下,积极主动适应经济发展新常态,走出一条创新之路,对高职院校人才培养提出了更高要求。笔者结合学院实际,从提高职业素养的意义、职业素养现状、提升职业素养的途径三个方面加以论述。

In speeding up the development of modern vocational education today, with the employers of graduates from Hig-her Vocational Colleges Vocational literacy requirements more and more high, pure academic talents has been unable to meet the social needs, how to improve vocational skills and the cultivation of professional spirit of a high degree of integration, in China through the economic development of the new normal actively take the initiative to adapt to the economic development of the new normal, out of a road of innovation, to vocational education and training are put forward higher requirements. The author combines college practice, from three aspects of improving the significance of professional accomplishment, the status quo of professional accomplishment, and the way to improve the professional quality.
