人力资源管理专业学生胜任特征认知度及培养满意度调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目前国内外高校人力资源管理专业教育以培养学生的胜任特征为目标已基本形成共识。采用问卷调查法对我校2012级人力资源管理专业学生进行胜任特征认知度和培养满意度的调研。调查结果显示,学生对胜任特征的认知度较高,但是自我培养的意识不够强烈。学生对"人员素质测评"课程的胜任特征培养满意度较好,认为课程培养胜任特征的导向明显,教学活动能围绕此目标而开展,人力资源从业者必备的高绩效胜任特征得到培养与开发。 At present, the university human resource management professional education to cultivate the students' compet-ency as the goal formed the basic consensus. Using questionnaire survey to my school class of 2012 students majoring in hu-man resource management survey competency recognition and training satisfaction. Survey shows that students awareness in competency is higher, but the consciousness of self education isn't strongly enough. Students' satisfaction is better for the course of the personnel quality assessment to train competency, think course to cultivate competency of guidance, teaching activities around this goal, the high performance competency of the necessary human resources professionals are cultivated and developed.
