摘要
当前"90后"已成为高校大学生的主力军,作为独立学院医学生的辅导员,要顺应时代的发展,在工作上要不断思考,不断创新。本文分析了当前独立学院"90后"医学生的特点,并提出了做好辅导员工作的相关思路和对策。
Currently, the 'post-90s' has become a mainstay of college students. Counselors in independent college comply with the development of the times, and to constantly think and innovate for work. In the article, characteristic of 'post-90s' medical students and solutions concerning the area were analyzed.
