摘要 高校"形势与政策"课是高校大学生思想政治教育课程体系的重要组成部分,是实现舆论主阵地、确保主流价值观有效传播的主渠道,其价值功能不可小觑。本研究基于"微时代"情境的思考,全面系统解剖高校"形势与政策"课所面临的机遇与挑战,以及课程教学存在的现实困境,进而提出科学化利用和发挥"微时代"情境下的有利条件、规避不利因素来推进课程教学质量全面提升的优化决策。 The college course 'situation and policy' is an important part of College Students' Ideological and political education curriculum system, is to achieve the main front of public opinion, to ensure that the mainstream values of effective dissemination of the main channel, the value function cannot belittle. This study is based on the 'micro era situation of thinking,comprehensive and systematic anatomy college course' situation and policy 'facing the opportunities and challenges, and course of the reality of the plight of, and puts forward scientific use and play' micro era situation under the favorable conditions and avoid the unfavorable factors to promote the teaching quality of the course to enhance the optimization decision.
