为了更好做好新疆建设兵团中小学教师培训工作,提高培训实效性,本研究针对石河子大学理学院承办的"国培"——中西部项目乡村教师访名校培训项目的兵团初中地理参培学员的培训需求进行探究,通过对2015年的参培教师进行了效果问卷调查,并针对调查结果提出一些加强培训实效的可操作性建议。
