科研与教学失衡的原因及对策分析

就目前而言,我国研究型高校与教学型高校中存在着较为严重的失衡现象。在研究型学校中,"重科研,轻教学"的现象严重;而在教学型高校中,"重教学、轻科研"的现象同样非常突出,这样的失衡状态不利于高校的稳定发展。本文从不同的角度分析教学与科研失衡的表现和原因,并进一步探讨相关的平衡对策,以期能够提高我国高校的教学与科研水平,进一步增强教育实力。

At present, there is a serious imbalance between research universities and teaching oriented universities in our country. In the research school, 'scientific research, light teaching' phenomenon is serious; and in teaching oriented colleges and universities, the phenomenon of 'emphasis on teaching and research' is also very prominent, such state of imbalance is not conducive to stable development of colleges.. The from different angle analysis teaching and scientific study unbalance and the reasons for the performance, and to further explore measures related to the balance, in order to improve the level of teaching and scientific research in Colleges and universities of our country, and further enhance the strength of education.
