本文从分析地方本科院校培养的应用型人才的特殊性入手,详细介绍了淮阴师范学院房地产开发与管理专业应用型人才培养的做法,最后对房地产开发与管理专业应用型人才培养中的"双师型"师资队伍建设、课程体系设置及实验实践教学制度建设进行了探讨。

This paper starts from the particularity of training applied talents of local undergraduate college, Huaiyin Normal University real estate development and management professional application talents cultivation practices are introduced in detail, the last of the real estate development and management of professional application personnel training of 'double teacher type' teachers team construction, curriculum system and the constitution of the practice teaching system construction were discussed.
