本文以我国跨境电商平台发展为背景,简要介绍了医疗美容行业跨境电子商务发展现状,分析了医疗美容产品跨境电商平台人才需求,以市场需求、社会需求为导向,分析了我国医疗美容产品跨境电商平台人才培养困境,并从人才培养模式、人才培养机制、人才培养具体措施三个路径进行探索,提出医疗美容产品跨境电商平台复合型人才培养建议。
