国际化视野下工业工程(IE)人才培养模式创新与实践——以杭州电子科技大学为例

本文引入新的理论视角——"高等教育国际化"视角,以杭州电子科技大学工业工程专业为研究对象,对国际化背景下的IE人才培养模式优势和存在的问题进行系统分析,并结合实际提出相应的改进措施和建议,以期对IE人才培养、推进高等教育国际化有所指导。文章对于人才培养模式创新、高水平IE人才培养和国际化实现,具有一定的实践意义。

In this paper, we introduce a new theoretical perspective-- 'the internationalization of higher education' from the perspective of, to Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and technology of industrial engineering as the research object,under the background of internationalization of IE talents training mode advantage and existence question carries on the system analysis, combined with the actual, put forward corresponding improvement measures and suggestions, in order to IE talents training, promote higher education internationalization has a guide. The article has certain practical significance to the innovation of talent cultivation mode, the high level IE personnel training and the internationalization.
