吉林省农业高校就业难题与对策分析

Problems and Countermeasures of the Employment of Agricultural Universities in Jilin Province

通过对吉林农业科技学院、吉林农业大学等吉林省主要的农业高校学生就业情况进行调研,发现诸多影响我省农业高校学生就业的难题。笔者针对目前存在的难题进行深入分析,结合实际,提出若干对策,旨在化解难题,为吉林省高等农业院校学生就业提供有效借鉴。

According to the research of Jilin Academy of agricultural science and technology, Jilin Agricultural University,Jilin Province, the main agricultural college students employment situation and found many problems affecting agriculture in our province college students employment of the; the author aiming at the existing problem were in-depth analysis, combined with the actual proposed if dry countermeasures to resolve the problem, the effective reference is provided for the employment of students in Higher Agricultural Colleges and universities in Jilin Province.
