中职学生职业生涯规划教育的工具革新

The Innovation of Tools in Vocational School Students' Career Planning Education

中职学校开展职业生涯规划教育的目的在于引导中职学生正确认识自身的特质与潜在的综合优势,帮助学生正确定位和评估个人目标与现实之间的差距,以达到明确奋斗方向,提升职业选择成功概率的教育效果,其核心在于提升学生的生涯发展能力。一直以来,中职学校对职业生涯规划教育的重视相对不足,特别是在教育工具和手段的创新方面较为滞后。本文探讨目前中职学生职业生涯规划能力培养存在的问题和不足,提出引入生涯决策平衡单、生涯九宫格等具体辅导工具来提升中职学生职业生涯教育教学效果的建议。

The purpose of career planning education is to guide students correctly understand their own advantages and disadvantages, help them to correct positioning and assess the gap between personal goals and reality, its core is to improve the students' ability of career development. This article discusses the current problems existing in the secondary vocational students' career planning ability and the insufficiency, proposed the introduction of career decision-making balance sheet, specific guidance tools such as career scratchable latex to improve effect of secondary vocational students' career education teaching suggestions.
