摘要
大学辅导员老师的职业自我效能感与思想政治教育工作的开展和学生事务工作的开展有直接的影响。特别是对于新入职辅导员老师,其职前专业与其职业自我效能感的相关性值得探讨。本文采用高校辅导员职业自我效能感量表,对新入职不同职前专业的辅导员老师进行随机抽样调查,通过对比大学新入职的辅导员老师自我效能感现状与其职前专业特点进行相关性研究,寄予相应的策略与建议。
The college new instructors' career self-efficacy directly affects the effect of college students' ideological and political work and their own development. By adopting new instructors' career self-efficacy inventory, investigating the college new instructors by the means of stratified random sampling and analyzing correlation study between preservice majors and new instructors' career self-efficacy, this paper puts forward the strategies and countermeasures.
