摘要
本文实验内容是45钢在正常温度淬火和过热、欠热淬火时的金相组织观察和硬度测试。实验分6组进行,将45钢分别加热到750°C、850°C和950°C,在水和20号机油中冷却,测试试样硬度,制作金相试样,观察金相组织,并进行比较与分析。
The content of this paper is the microstructure and hardness experiment of 45 steel normal temperature and over heat and under heat quenching. The Experiments were carried out in 6 groups. The samples was heated to 750 degrees and 850 degrees and 950 degrees, the samples were cooled in water and 20 engine oil, test sample hardness, production of metallographic specimen, observe the microstructure, and comparison and analysis the results.
