马卡连柯的尊重与信任思想及其对中职学校德育工作的启示

Makarenko's Thought of Respect and Trust and Its Enlightenment on Moral Education in Secondary Vocational Schools

当前教育中,在对学生的尊重与信任方面,中职学校的德育工作存在一些缺失,如忽视学生人格,重智轻德等,教师不能很好地尊重与信任学生,从而间接致使学生产生一些不良行为。文章从马卡连柯的尊重与信任思想出发,再结合当前中职学生的心理特点,从学生角度向中职学校教师提出可行性建议,希望可以促进中职学校德育工作开展得更好。

In current education, the respect and trust of students, the moral education in secondary vocational schools exist some missing, such as the neglect of students' personality, the heavy wisdom light Germany, teachers are not a good respect and trust their students, thus indirectly urge students to produce some bad behavior. Based from Makarenko's respect and trust theory, combined with the psychological characteristics of the students in the secondary vocational school, from the perspective of students to teachers in secondary vocational schools, put forward feasible suggestions, in the hope of promoting the work of moral education in secondary vocational schools to carry out better.
