摘要
为了降低掌叶覆盆子(Rubus chingii Hu)组培苗的细菌污染的危害,试验分离并研究了几种抗生素控制掌叶覆盆子快繁过程中细菌污染的效果。试验表明:掌叶覆盆子快繁过程中常见的细菌有三种,分别为甲基杆菌GR3、微杆菌和恶臭假单胞菌F1。在组培苗感染细菌的早期,每升培养基中添加25万单位青霉素和6.25万单位链霉素能有效控制红色菌和黄色菌,且对掌叶覆盆子的生长及生根产生的负面影响最小。头孢噻肟钠对乳白色菌有一定控制效果,但效果有限。
In order to reduce palmleaf Raspberry(Rubus chingii Hu) seedlings of bacterial contamination hazards, separation test and study the several antibiotics control of Rubus chingii effect of bacterial contamination in the process of rapid propagation. Experiment shows: Rubus chingii rapid propagation of common bacteria has three, namely methyl coli GR3, micro coli and Pseudomonas putida F1. Bacterial infection in tissue culture seedlings of early, per liter of culture medium added 25 million units of penicillin and 6.25 million streptomycin unit can effectively control the red bacteria and yellow bacteria and of palmleaf raspberry growth and rooting of minimal negative impact.
