摘要
诱导多能干细胞(Induced pluripotent stem cell,iPSC)由于其巨大的研究价值和应用潜力迅速成为近年来全球干细胞领域关注的焦点,许多国家的政府、研究机构对其加大投入,并取得了巨大进展。本文将对i PSC技术中体细胞的选择、重编程诱导因子的筛选、介导载体、诱导效率、临床学的应用以及研究中存在的问题几个方面做简要综述。
Induced pluripotent stem cells due to its great research value and application potential quickly become in recent years the world the focus of attention in the field of cell, the government, research institutes in many countries to increase investment, and have made tremendous progress. This article will make a brief summary on the selection of somatic cells in i PSC technology, the selection of the induced factors of reprogramming, the vector, the induction efficiency, the application of clinical study and the problems in the research.
