基于岗位需求的青年教师一体化培养模式研究

摘要 青年教师不仅充满着朝气和活力,而且代表着院校的未来和希望。本文立足于我院青年教师培养现状,从青年教师的群体特征出发,分析了教师岗位对其能力素质的需求,创造性地提出以岗前培训、在职培训、自我发展为主要环节的青年教师一体化培养模式,希望能够对不同院校青年教师的培养起到一个参考和借鉴作用。 Young teachers are not only full of vigor and vitality, but also stand for future and hope of University. This paper builds on young teachers' current situation of cultivation, and analyzes teaching position, which demand for its ability and quality from young teachers' group features, creatively come up with integrated pattern of cultivation on the basis of pre-job training, in-job training and self-development, hoping it may provide some beneficial references to young teachers' cultivation in different universities.
