In View of System to Promote Social Work Practice Teaching

社会工作专业是一门具有强烈实践性的专业,其实践的展开成效直接影响到该专业所培养人才的社会可用性。当前我国社会工作专业实践中存在着实践设置不合理、实践过程缺乏控制、实践结果质量偏低等问题,需要以管理学的系统观对实践安排进行系统设计、对实践的过程进行系统控制、对实践结果进行系统评估等。

Social work is a specialty with strong practicality, the effect of practice directly affects the professional training of students. There are some questions in the professional practice of social work, including unreasonable design, lack of control in the process and low quality. We need to manage the practice teaching in the view of system which includes system design,system control the process of practice, system evaluation, etc.
