论罗德尼·佩弗对马克思主义正义理论的阐释

On Rodney Peiffer's Interpretation of Marx's Theory of Justice

作为分析马克思主义代表人物之一,罗德尼·佩弗从考察马克思对正义本身的拒斥和批判伍德对正义的拒斥这两个角度入手来论证马克思主义与正义和权利具有相容性,进而构建出一种充分的马克思主义道德和社会理论的概要。佩弗作为分析马克思主义代表人物,其理论对于研究马克思主义正义问题具有启发意义,同时其理论自身也存在不可避免的缺陷。当今中国正发生广泛而深远的变革,国内学术界将政治哲学特别是正义问题当作研究的热点。我们应当从当代中国的视角出发来审视马克思主义正义理论的科学内涵和在中国的现实意义。
