浅谈经管类大学毕业生就业能力培养

近年来,随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,毕业生的就业压力持续增大,经管类大学毕业生的就业十分严峻。弱化经管类毕业生就业能力的原因主要为毕业生自身、课程专业设置以及学校就业指导体系等。提升经管类大学生就业能力,需要开展全程化的就业指导、深化教学改革、加强实践等环节,来拓宽人才培养模式和途径。
