摘要
柔性管理是一种有效的管理模式。对高校教学科研类物资实行柔性管理是由市场环境变化、该类物资的专业性及其需求的随机性、传统管理模式存在诸多弊端等原因决定的。要真正实现柔性管理,必须树立以人为本的管理理念、构建网络式的扁平化管理模式、正确处理好柔性管理中的"柔"与"刚"问题、要设计出科学有效的激励机制。
Flexible management is an effective management mode. The implementation of flexible management of teaching and scientific research in Colleges and universities is determined by the market environment changes, the randomness of the professional and demand of the materials, the traditional management mode, and so on. In order to realize the flexible management, must establish a people-oriented management concept, constructing the network type flat management mode, correctly handle the flexible management of 'flexible' and 'rigid' problems, to design a scientific and effective incentive mechanism.
