欠发达地区高等医学院校研究生创新能力培养现状及成因分析

The Current Situation of Innovative Capabilities Cultivation of Higher Medical Postgraduate Students in Underdeveloped Areas and Analysis of the Reasons

目的:通过对医学研究生创新能力的现状调查,分析造成研究生创新能力不足的因素,并激发欠发达地区高等医学院校研究生的创新思维,培养创新人才以满足当代社会发展需要。方法:采用随机抽样问卷调查方法进行调查,调查对象是某高等医学院校126名研究生。结果:统计数据显示,研究生的创新动力不明确,师资队伍建设不健全以及国家支持力度不够等原因,造成研究生缺乏创新能力。结论:若要很好地培养医学研究生的创新能力,需要注重培养医学研究生理论学习、实践及撰写论文能力,提升学生的科研能力,完善导师队伍建设,加大国家支持力度。

Objective: through investigating the current situation of students' innovation ability of medical research, analysis of factors causing the graduate innovation ability, and stimulate graduate students in higher medical colleges and universities in developed areas of innovative thinking, in order to meet the needs of contemporary social development and cultivate innovative talents. Methods: a random sampling survey method was used to investigate 126 students in a medical college. Results: statistical data show that the innovation power of graduate students is not clear, the construction of teaching staff is not perfect and the national support is not enough and other reasons, resulting in the lack of innovation ability of graduate students. Conclusion:in order to better cultivate the innovative ability of medical graduates, need to pay attention to the cultivation of medical postgraduates learning theory, practice and writing ability, improve students' ability of scientific research, improve the construction of teacher team, increase the national support.
