根据新时期全面推进依法治国的时代要求,结合新形势下公安院校行政法学课程教学的现状,兼顾行政法学教学的自身特点,进行行政法与行政诉讼法实践教学的探析。力图在转换教学视角的基础上,实现以公安专业学生教学为中心,结合学生毕业后工作实际,培养学生行政法应用型、复合型实践能力为宗旨的教学改革。
