目前,高校后勤管理存在着很多问题,最为突出的人工成本的逐年上升,针对这一问题,提出相应对策,这有利于加强对高校后勤的人员管理和人员成本控制。本文通过对高校后勤用工成本的剖析,简析了高校后勤用工成本管理上存在的不足,并针对这些状况提出了相应的解决方案。
