中职生心理健康状况调查——以新疆某中职学校为例

Investigation of Mental Health Status of Secondary Vocational School Students——Take a secondary vocational school in Xinjiang as an example

采用华东师范大学周步成等修订的《心理健康诊断测验》(MHT),选取新疆某中职930名学生作为被试,对中职生心理健康状况进行调查。结果发现,该校学生心理健康状况总体良好,但有一部分学生存在明显心理问题,且存在某一方面问题倾向的学生较多;冲动倾向是中职学生心理的首要特征;学习焦虑在中职生中较为普遍。针对上述特点,本文分析了影响中职学生心理健康状况的因素,并提出加强学校心理健康教育的建议。

Using the revised 'mental health diagnostic test'(MHT), Zhou Bucheng, East China Normal University, selected930 students of a vocational school in Xinjiang as the subjects, and investigated the mental health status of the secondary vocational school students. The results showed that the mental health of the students in the school is generally good, but some students have obvious psychological problems, many students and there is a tendency of a problem; impulsive tendency is the primary psychological characteristics of vocational school students; learning anxiety in secondary vocational school students in common. In view of the above characteristics, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the psychological health of vocational students, and puts forward suggestions to strengthen the school psychological health education.
