师范生的教育实习现状及对策

教育实习是师范教育培养合格教师的综合实践环节,是学生快速提高教学技能、培养独立教学能力的重要方式。本文主要对我国的教育实习现状以及对策进行了分析。教育实习存在着教育实习时间短且集中、实习基地缺乏以及利用率低、教育评价机制单一等问题。针对这些问题提出相应的对策,如:适当延长教育实习时间,构建注重反思的全程化教育实习模式,完善教育评价体系等措施。

As an important way to improve the teaching skills and develop the independent teaching ability, the education practice is the comprehensive practice of the teacher training. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and Countermeasures of our country's education practice. Education practice has the problems such as short education practice time, lack of concentration, lack of practice base and low utilization rate, single education evaluation system. In response to these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, such as: the appropriate extension of educational practice time, the construction of a focus on reflection of the whole process of education practice mode, improve the education evaluation system and other measures.
