This paper discusses the use of equity theory to guide the employment, the intention of building a college student employment and the reality of the connection between the work, making college career to full-time social work smooth transition. Higher expectation is the seamless connection between career planning and social practice. In order to achieve the social value of the individual service society, but also to maximize the social value of their own ability.
