从学科竞赛过程管理探索高校人才培养创新模式——以“未来之星”导游大赛为例

Exploring the Innovation Mode of University Talents Training from the Process Management of Subject Competition——Take the "future star" tour guide contest as an example

本文以厦门市高校"未来之星"导游大赛为例,对历届大赛情况进行梳理,分析不同专业参赛选手从赛前准备到各方面人文素养得到飞跃提升的培养过程以及后勤组织工作团队的可贵素质养成,访谈厦门旅游局、厦门旅游培训中心、旅游企业、相关师生并记录成果分析,达到当代高校大学生人文素养提升创新要求,同时为其他专业教师提供借鉴意义。

This paper takes Xiamen City University of the 'future star' tour guide contest as an example, combing the previous contest, analysis of different professional players from the preparation to all aspects of the humanities training process and valuable quality leap to improve logistics organization team to develop, analyze the interview Xiamen Tourism Bureau, Xiamen tourism training center, tourism enterprises some teachers and students, and record the results, to contemporary college students' humanistic quality to promote innovation, and provide reference for other professional teachers.
