摘要
本文以宁波大学为例探讨了大类培养模式下的"本科生导师制"实践,从本科生导师制的起源和在我国的兴起为基础,着重从初次分配、师生互选以及基于"C2C"本科生导师制评价新模式等宁波大学导师制的特色与优势出发阐明学校独特的培养模式,在实践探索中思考如何完善本科生导师制。
This paper takes Ningbo University as an example of the large scale training mode 'tutorial system' practice, from the origin of the undergraduate tutorial system and the rise in our country as the foundation, emphatically from the initial distribution of teachers and students, and be based on the 'C2C' evaluation of the new mode of tutorial system for undergraduate tutorial system in Ningbo University of the characteristics and advantages of the purpose of school special training mode in practice how to improve the undergraduate tutorial system.
