摘要
培养具有创新精神和创业实践能力的高素质人才是保证地方本科院校转型和创新创业教育发展的重要课题。地方本科院校要注意素质教育与创新创业教育、专业课程教学与创新创业教育、创新精神和创业实践能力三个层面的关系。创新创业人才培养具体要从以下几方面入手:完善创新创业教育管理体制、调整创新创业教育课程结构、打造创新创业教育师资队伍建设、转变学生的创新创业思维、搭建双新创业实践平台。
Cultivating high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability of entrepreneurship is an important subject to ensure the transformation of local universities and the education of innovation and entrepreneurship.Local universities should pay attention to the relationship among quality education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,professional curriculum teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and innovative spirit and practical ability of entrepreneurship.Innovation and entrepreneurship talents training should focus on the following aspects: improving the management system of innovation and entrepreneurship education,adjusting the curriculum structure of innovation and entrepreneurship education,forging the construction of teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education,transforming students' thought of innovation and entrepreneurship,building a new platform for innovation and entrepreneurship practice.
