教学督导审视下的高职院校教学问题以及改进措施

Teaching problems and Improvement Measures of Higher Vocational Colleges under the Supervision of Teaching

高职院校作为培养应用型人才的摇篮,应当在素质教育背景下对教学进行督导审视,明确教学方面存在的问题,进而提出有针对性的措施来优化、调整教学,从而不断提高教学水平,促进学生全面化、个性化发展。基于此,本文将从分析教学督导审视展开,进一步分析高职院校教学存在的问题,探究解决问题的改进措施,希望对提高高职院校教学水平有所帮助。

Higher vocational colleges as the cradle of cultivating practical talents,should be under the background of quality education of teaching supervision and examination,there is a clear teaching problems,and then put forward some measures to optimize and adjust the teaching,so as to continuously improve the level of teaching,promote students' all-round development and individuation.Based on this,this paper will start from the analysis of teaching supervision,further analysis of the problems existing in the teaching of higher vocational colleges,to explore the improvement measures to solve the problem,hoping to improve the teaching level of vocational colleges to help.
