摘要
在教学生涯中时刻提升自己的教学能力,是体现一名教师综合素质的重要指标,也是决定教师教学质量和学生学习质量的重要条件。本文从高中历史教师教学能力概述、近年来高中历史教师教学能力存在的问题及其原因,以及提升教学能力的具体措施等三个方面,浅谈高中历史教师教学能力的发展,以期能帮助高中历史教师的教学能力得到有效提升。
It is an important index to reflect the quality of teachers and the quality of students' learning to improve their teaching ability.This paper outlines the middle school and high school history teachers' teaching ability in recent years,high school history teachers' teaching ability problems and their causes three aspects to enhance the teaching ability of the specific measures,the development of teaching ability of high school history teacher,in order to help high school history teachers' ability has been effectively improved.
