高职院校思政课教师与辅导员“双向兼任”机制的必要性

On the Necessity of "Two-way Concurrent" Mechanism for Teachers and Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges

思政课教师是面对全校学生开课的,学生人数多,教师队伍有限,一方面人员缺少,另一方面教师队伍的结构比较单一,而辅导员每天跟学生接触交流,更熟悉90后大学生的思想动态,针对这种情况,结合两支队伍工作职责当中的共性,我们试图以整合资源的方式进行"双向兼任"机制来弥补两支队伍当中存在的问题和更好的发挥两支队伍的潜在力量,本文从五个方面提出了高职院校思政课教师与辅导员"双向兼任"机制的必要性。

The teachers who teach ideology and politics course usually face all the students in the college.The number of the students are great,but the number of teachers is limited and even the structure of teacher's team is unitary.However,the tutors have a daily contact with the students and have already learned more about the students' trend of thought even who were born after 1990.In this case,in order to combine the commonalities of teachers' team with tutors',we try to use Two-way Concurrent Policy to cover the shortage and to realize the potential ability of two teams.In this paper,the author proposed the necessity of teachers and tutors' Two-way Concurrent Policy from the five aspects.
