摘要 随着党的十八届三中全会的召开,我国提出要扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设,要加强社会主义核心价值体系教育,十八大所提出的"三个倡导",即倡导"富强、民主、文明、和谐",倡导"自由、平等、公正、法治",倡导"爱国、敬业、诚信、友善",也表明了我国社会主义核心价值观的具体内容和要求。本文以社会主义核心价值观为视角,阐述了当代教师作为社会的特殊群体应该具备的道德素养以及教师道德的未来发展,为教师道德素质的提升以及对教师进行甄别、选拔、评价、培训提供重要依据,并为教师道德未来的发展提供方向。 With the convening of the the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,China proposed to push forward the construction of socialist culture and power,to strengthen the education of socialist core value system,the three big eighteen proposed 'advocate' advocate ',' prosperity,democracy,civilization and harmony ',advocating freedom,equality,justice,rule of law,advocate' patriotic 'dedication,integrity,and friendly',also shows the specific contents and requirements of the socialist core value concept in china.In this paper,the socialist core values as the angle of view,elaborated the contemporary teachers as a special group in the society should have the moral quality and teachers' moral development in the future,provide an important basis for teachers to improve their moral quality and screening,selection,evaluation and training of teachers,and provide direction for the future development of teachers' morality.
