摘要
在知识经济时代,教师作为高校最宝贵的资源之一,越来越受到管理者的重视。如何提升教师的敬业度,以提高其工作效率、教学和科研质量水平以及促进高校的管理与发展已成为当今高校人力资源管理的重点和难点。考虑到探明高校教师敬业度的影响因素是有效提高其敬业度的基础,因此本文结合高校教师的实际情况,从个人特质、工作特征以及组织环境三方面对高校教师敬业度影响因素进行深入分析,并在此基础上,对教师敬业度的提升对策进行了探讨。
In the era of knowledge economy,teachers,as one of the most valuable resources in Colleges and universities,have been paid more and more attention by managers.How to improve the teachers' devotion to improve their work efficiency,teaching and research quality and promote the management and development of colleges and universities has become the focus and difficulty of human resources management in Colleges and universities.Considering the effect of college teachers engagement factors is the foundation to improve the engagement effectively,so this paper combines the actual situation of teachers in Colleges and universities,from the three aspects of personal characteristics,job characteristics and organizational environment to conduct in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of University Teachers' professionalism,and on this basis,the teacher engagement strategies to improve the study.
