"互联网+"作为经济社会发展的新形态,具有跨界融合、连接一切;创新驱动、开放生态;重塑结构、尊重人性等鲜明特征。在"互联网+"新形态下,主流意识形态传播存在话语权遭遇挑战、影响力下降、"市场份额"降低、传播方式需改变、安全问题持续升级等问题。为此,必须加快主流意识形态融入"互联网+"新形态的步伐,变革主流意识形态传播的形式与话语体系,加强我国主流意识形态国际影响力。
