知识计量学是信息计量学在知识时代的新发展,是以整个人类的知识体系以及知识活动为研究对象的计量,具有广阔的应用空间。本文探讨了其在知识创新发展中的具体应用。包含三个方面:评估创新水平;避免科研重复;促进知识交流;利于知识发现。

Knowledgmetrics is the new development of informetrics in the knowledge and information age,and is based on the whole system of human knowledge and knowledge activity as the research object of measurement,and it has a broad application space.This paper discusses its concrete application in the development of knowledge innovation.It includes three aspects: to evaluate innovation level; To avoid repeating of scientific research,to promote the communication of knowledge;Conducive to knowledge discovery.
